We are pleased to announce that the website for FOCUS 2011, the Second UNESCO World Forum on Culture and Cultural Industries, is now online at www.focus2011.org.
On the new website you will find the conference programme as of today, including participant biographies and resources such as bibliographies, recommended reading, a selection of relevant international publications and a blog.

These content pages will be constantly updated. The blog is designed as a communication platform for before and after the conference. We have already published several texts with their author’s authorization (please see: http://focus2011.org/blog/).

You can participate in the debate by contributing to the blog.

Please send your texts sharing your points of view, research and thoughts to contributions@focus2011.org. We would be grateful if you would also relay this call for papers to others in your professional and academic environment. We are looking forward to meeting you on June 6 at the opening of FOCUS 2011 and we are always open to your suggestions.
